Of that sum, 15,000 were in album sales. The album was released on Jan. 18 via Freebandz\/Epic Records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week in the U.S. based on&nbsp;multi-metric consumption as measured in equivalent album units. Units are comprised of traditional album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). The new&nbsp;Feb. 2-dated chart &#8212; where&nbsp;<em>WIZRD<\/em>&nbsp;debuts at No. 1 &#8212;&nbsp;will be posted in full on&nbsp;<em>Billboard<\/em>&#8216;s websites on Jan. 29.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Future has tallied his six No. 1 albums in a remarkably quick amount of time &#8212;\u00a0just three years, five months and\u00a0three weeks. His first leader was\u00a0<em>DS2<\/em>\u00a0on Aug. 8, 2015. He then scored No. 1s with\u00a0<em>What a Time\u00a0to\u00a0Be Alive\u00a0<\/em>(with Drake; Oct. 10, 2015),\u00a0<em>Evol<\/em>\u00a0(Feb. 27, 2016), a self-titled album (March 11, 2017),\u00a0<em>HNDRXX<\/em>\u00a0(March 18, 2017) and now\u00a0<em><g class=\"gr_ gr_5 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"5\" data-gr-id=\"5\">WIZRD<\/g><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The last artist to earn six No. 1s in such a short&nbsp;span&nbsp;was Elton John. All seven of the Rocket Man\u2019s No. 1s came in a space of just three years, three months and&nbsp;three weeks in the early 1970s. (His first six No. 1s, in fact, were separated by only two years, 10 months and 24 days.) John\u2019s first No. 1 was&nbsp;<em>Honky Chateau<\/em>&nbsp;on July 15, 1972, and his seventh, and so far last No. 1, was&nbsp;<em>Rock of the Westies<\/em>&nbsp;on Nov. 8, 1975.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Future\u2019s&nbsp;<em>WIZRD<\/em>&nbsp;starts with 126,000 units earned, of which 15,000 were in album sales;&nbsp;2,000 were in TEA units, while the remaining 109,000 were in SEA units. That latter sum equates to 143.6 million on-demand audio streams for the album\u2019s 20 tracks in the week ending Jan. 24. That also marks Future\u2019s largest streaming week for an album, surpassing the 123.4 million streams&nbsp;<em>WRLD&nbsp;<\/em><em>o<\/em><em>n<\/em><em>&nbsp;Drugs<\/em>&nbsp;(his collaborative set with Juice WRLD) collected in its debut frame (at No. 2 on the&nbsp;chart dated Nov. 3, 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At No. 2 on the new Billboard 200, Maggie Rogers\u2019&nbsp;<em>Heard It&nbsp;<\/em><em>i<\/em><em>n<\/em><em>&nbsp;a Past Life<\/em>&nbsp;arrives with 49,000 units. Of that sum, 37,000 were in album sales, making it the top-selling album of the week, as it bows at No. 1 on the Top Album Sales chart. The set\u2019s first-week sum was aided by sales generated from a concert ticket\/album sale redemption offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Heard It\u00a0in\u00a0a Past Life<\/em>, released on Jan. 18 through Debay Sounds\/Capitol Records, is the buzzy singer-songwriter\u2019s major label full-length debut, and her first entry on the chart. Her only previous\u00a0<em>Billboard<\/em>-charted collection\u00a0was the five-song EP\u00a0<em>Now That the Light Is Fading<\/em>\u00a0(also through Debay\/Capitol) on a handful of\u00a0<em>Billboard<\/em>\u00a0lists (just not the Billboard 200), including Heatseekers Albums (No. 4 <g class=\"gr_ gr_4 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace\" id=\"4\" data-gr-id=\"4\">peak<\/g>) and Top Rock Albums (No. 39).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trio of former leaders are up next, as Meek Mill\u2019s\u00a0<em>Championships\u00a0<\/em>descends 5-6 (just under 37,000 units; down 13 percent), Post Malone\u2019s\u00a0<em>beerbongs &amp; <g class=\"gr_ gr_3 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"3\" data-gr-id=\"3\">bentleys<\/g><\/em>\u00a0drops 4-7 (a little\u00a0over\u00a035,000 units; down 17 percent) and Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper\u2019s\u00a0<em>A Star Is Born\u00a0<\/em>soundtrack slips 6-8 (35,000 units; down 13 percent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Country singer-songwriter Cody Johnson nets his first Billboard 200 top 10 effort, as his major label debut,&nbsp;<em>Ain\u2019t Nothin\u2019 to It<\/em>, starts at No. 9 with nearly 35,000 units (23,000 in album sales). The set was released through Johnson\u2019s label CoJo via Warner Music Nashville. Johnson previously tallied a pair of independently distributed top 40-charting albums on the Billboard 200:&nbsp;<em>Gotta Be Me<\/em>&nbsp;(No. 11; Aug. 27, 2016) and&nbsp;<em>Cowboy Like Me<\/em>&nbsp;(No. 33; Feb. 1, 2014).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Closing out the new top 10 is Travis Scott\u2019s former No. 1,&nbsp;<em>Astroworld<\/em>, falling 7-10 with 34,000 units (down 14 percent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Heard<\/em>\u00a0is the highest-charting album by a solo woman in four <g class=\"gr_ gr_4 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-del replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"4\" data-gr-id=\"4\">months,<\/g> since Carrie Underwood\u2019s\u00a0<em>Cry Pretty<\/em>\u00a0opened at No. 1 on the Sept. 29, 2018-dated list.\u00a0<em>Heard<\/em>\u00a0is also the highest bow on the chart for a female artist\u2019s full-length debut through\u00a0a major label since Cardi B\u2019s\u00a0<em>Invasion of Privacy<\/em>\u00a0began at No. 1 on April 21, 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Heard&nbsp;<\/em>is currently enjoying a radio hit with \u201cLight On,\u201d which spent a third week at No. 1 on the most recently-published&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/triple-a\">Adult Alternative Songs<\/a>&nbsp;airplay chart (dated Jan. 26). It\u2019s also bubbling under the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/adult-pop-songs\">Adult Pop Songs<\/a>&nbsp;airplay chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Back on the new Billboard 200, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie\u2019s\u00a0<em>Hoodie\u00a0SZN\u00a0<\/em>falls from No. 1 to No. 3 in its fifth week on the tally (49,000 units; down 13 percent) after two weeks on top.
