It&#8217;s the first since Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee&#8217;s &#8220;Despacito&#8221; (featuring&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/justin-bieber\">Justin Bieber<\/a>), which spent a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/articles\/columns\/chart-beat\/6077132\/longest-leading-hot-100-no-1s\">record-tying<\/a>&nbsp;16 weeks at No. 1 in 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/lizzo\">Lizzo<\/a>&nbsp;leaps to her first Hot 100 top 10, as &#8220;Truth Hurts&#8221; bounds from No. 11 to No. 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s run down the top 10 of the newest Hot 100 (dated July 13), which blends all-genre U.S. streaming, radio airplay and digital sales data. It&#8217;s the 13th song to log double-digit weeks at No. 1 (and earns the honor a week after becoming the first song to sell 1 million downloads in 2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/radio-songs\">Radio Songs<\/a>, where it reached No. 2, &#8220;Road&#8221; regresses 4-6, with 75.8 million audience impressions, down 8%, in the week ending July 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Road&#8221; concurrently rules the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/r-b-hip-hop-songs\">Hot R&amp;B\/Hip-Hop Songs<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/rap-song\">Hot Rap Songs<\/a>&nbsp;charts for a 14th week each and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/summer-songs\">Songs of the Summer<\/a>&nbsp;survey for a sixth frame, following the seasonal survey&#8217;s annual&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/articles\/columns\/chart-beat\/8514283\/songs-of-the-summer-chart-returns-2019-old-town-road-number-one\">return after Memorial Day<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/billie-eilish\">Billie Eilish<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Bad Guy&#8221; rebounds from No. 3 on the Hot 100 for a fourth total week at its No. 2 high, while holding at No. 2 on Streaming Songs (41 million, up 1%) and No. 8 on Digital Song Sales (20,000, down 7%) and lifting 8-7 on Radio Songs (75.7 million, up 12%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(How far ahead is &#8220;Old Town Road&#8221; over &#8220;Bad Guy&#8221; on the Hot 100 in overall metrics this week? &#8220;Road&#8221; slightly increases its lead, with a robust 1.9-to-1 points difference, after leading by 1.8-to-1 last week.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/khalid\">Khalid<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Talk&#8221; returns to its Hot 100 peak, rising 4-3, as it tops Radio Songs for a fourth week (126.9 million, up 7%), as it leads the streaming-, airplay- and sales-fueled&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/r-and-b-songs\">Hot R&amp;B Songs<\/a>&nbsp;chart for an 11th frame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/ed-sheeran\">Ed Sheeran<\/a>&nbsp;and Bieber&#8217;s &#8220;I Don&#8217;t Care&#8221; lifts 5-4 on the Hot 100, after debuting at its No. 2 highpoint, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/shawn-mendes\">Shawn Mendes<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/camila-cabello\">Camila Cabello<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Se\u00f1orita&#8221; drops to No. 5 a week after debuting at No. 2; still, the latter track zooms in as the top debut on Radio Songs, at No. 30 (33.2 million).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"650\" height=\"366\" allowfullscreen=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/P00HMxdsVZI\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Lizzo lands her first Hot 100 top 10, as &#8220;Truth Hurts&#8221; hurtles 11-6. The track charges 7-3 on Digital Song Sales (25,000, up 19%), 10-8 on Streaming Songs (26.5 million, up 11%) and 27-14 on Radio Songs (44.5 million, up 30%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lizzo (born Melissa Viviane Jefferson in Detroit) originally released the song in September 2017 and it has received renewed attention after being featured in the Netflix rom-com&nbsp;<em>Someone Great<\/em>, which premiered April 19. The song has also been added to her new LP&nbsp;<em>Cuz I Love You<\/em>, which debuted at its No. 6 peak to-date on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/billboard-200\">Billboard 200<\/a>&nbsp;chart dated May 4. Helping propel its profile more recently, Lizzo performed &#8220;Truth Hurts&#8221; on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/articles\/news\/awards\/8517145\/lizzo-truth-hurts-2019-bet-awards-performance\">2019 BET Awards<\/a>&nbsp;on June 23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/jonas-brothers\">Jonas Brothers<\/a>&#8216; &#8220;Sucker&#8221; slips 6-7 on the Hot 100, after spending a week at No. 1 upon its debut in March, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/post-malone\">Post Malone<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/swae-lee\">Swae Lee<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Sunflower (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse)&#8221; returns to the top 10 (12-8), after logging a week on top in January. &#8220;Sunflower&#8221; scores top Streaming Gainer honors (31.5 million, up 15%), after&nbsp;<em>Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse<\/em>&nbsp;was added to Netflix on June 26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rounding out the Hot 100&#8217;s top 10,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/chris-brown\">Chris Brown<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;No Guidance,&#8221; featuring&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/drake\">Drake<\/a>, keeps at its No. 9 high and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/dababy\">DaBaby<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Suge&#8221; retreats to No. 10 from its No. 7 peak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just outside the Hot 100&#8217;s top 10, two songs enter the top 20: Blanco Brown&#8217;s breakthrough hit &#8220;The Git Up&#8221; (29-16) and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/panic-at-the-disco\">Panic! at the Disco<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Hey Look Ma, I Made It&#8221; (24-18).
