Among the most distinguished achievements,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/the-beatles\">The Beatles<\/a>&nbsp;boast the most No. 1s (20), Carey has spent the most time at No. 1 (79 weeks) while, upon the chart&#8217;s&nbsp;60th anniversary last August,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/chubby-checker\">Chubby Checker<\/a>&#8216;s classic &#8220;The Twist&#8221; claimed the top spot on the&nbsp;Hot&nbsp;100&#8217;s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/hot-100-60th-anniversary\">Greatest of All Time retrospective chart<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As on the\u00a0Hot\u00a0100, &#8220;Road&#8221; (on Columbia Records) leads the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/streaming-songs\">Streaming Songs<\/a>\u00a0chart for a 17th week, another record-breaking mark, topping the 16-week run of &#8220;Despacito.&#8221; &#8220;Road&#8221; rules Streaming Songs with\u00a072.5 million U.S. streams,\u00a0down 16%, in the week ending July 25, according to Nielsen Music. &#8220;Road&#8221; set the record for the top streaming week (143 million) following the April 5 arrival of its remix solely with Cyrus (who has been billed on 16 of the song&#8217;s 17 weeks atop the\u00a0Hot\u00a0100) and claims nine of the 11 biggest streaming frames to date, including the top three.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Helping its total this week, a meta-named &#8220;Week 17 Version&#8221; video of &#8220;Road&#8221; premiered on July 19. The clip truncates the song\u2019s official music video, released May 17, by removing various skits that feature guest cameos from Chris Rock and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To help his week 18 chances, Lil Nas X unleashed yet another remix of \u201cRoad,\u201d this time alongside&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/bts\">RM<\/a>&nbsp;of BTS, at the tail end of the latest tracking week, which closed July 25. That version, \u201cOld Town Road (Seoul Town Road Remix)\u201d will see its full impact on the following week\u2019s Hot 100. The \u201cSeoul\u201d remix is, per Lil Nas X\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/LilNasX\/status\/1154227360566259713\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tweet<\/a>shortly before its release, the \u201clast one i PROMISSEE.\u201d The RM collaboration marks the fourth official reworking of the viral smash, following turns by Cyrus;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/diplo\">Diplo<\/a>; and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/young-thug\">Young Thug<\/a>&nbsp;and Mason Ramsey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Back to this week: &#8220;Road&#8221; spends a 13th frame atop the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/digital-song-sales\">Digital Song Sales<\/a>&nbsp;chart with&nbsp;46,000 downloads sold (up 1%) in the week ending July 25. On&nbsp;Radio Songs, where it reached No. 2, &#8220;Road&#8221; backtracks 10-14, with&nbsp;47&nbsp;million audience impressions, down 12%, in the week ending July 28.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Road&#8221; concurrently leads the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/r-b-hip-hop-songs\">Hot&nbsp;R&amp;B\/Hip-Hop Songs<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/rap-song\">Hot&nbsp;Rap Songs<\/a>&nbsp;charts for a 17th week each and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/summer-songs\">Songs of the Summer<\/a>&nbsp;chart for a ninth frame, having&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/articles\/columns\/chart-beat\/8520151\/lil-nas-x-old-town-road-leads-songs-of-the-summer-chart\">led the list each week<\/a>&nbsp;since its annual return after Memorial Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"650\" height=\"366\" allowfullscreen=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2pnXjQCegVc\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/billie-eilish\">Billie Eilish<\/a>&#8216;s&nbsp;&#8220;Bad Guy&#8221; notches a&nbsp;seventh total week at its No. 2&nbsp;Hot&nbsp;100&nbsp;high, as it holds in the runner-up slot&nbsp;on Streaming Songs (50.9 million,&nbsp;down 9%) slides 2-5 on Digital Song Sales (22,000, down 34%) an climbs 5-4 on Radio Songs (89.3 million,&nbsp;up 5%). The song gained in all metrics the previous week, boosted by a remix with Justin Bieber, released July 11, just ahead of the July 12-18 streaming and sales tracking week that fed last week&#8217;s July 27-dated charts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On this week&#8217;s Aug. 3-dated&nbsp;Hot&nbsp;100, &#8220;Road&#8221;&nbsp;dips&nbsp;by 13% in overall metrics and &#8220;Guy&#8221; lowers by 9% as &#8220;Road&#8221; sports a 1.2-to-1 points difference over &#8220;Guy&#8221; (after leading by 1.3-to-1 last week).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/shawn-mendes\">Shawn Mendes<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/camila-cabello\">Camila Cabello<\/a>\u2019s \u201cSenorita\u201d returns to the Hot 100\u2019s top three with a 4-3 bump after having debuted at No. 2 on the chart dated July 6. The song ascends into the top 10 on Radio Songs (11-9) as it surges to 66.9 million in audience, up 27%, and seizes the Hot 100\u2019s Airplay Gainer award. The bump secures Mendes\u2019 seventh Radio Songs top 10, while Cabello snags her fourth as a soloist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/khalid\">Khalid<\/a>\u2019s \u201cTalk,\u201d likewise rises one rung on the Hot 100 (5-4) after having reached No. 3. It leads the all-genre Radio Songs for a seventh week (134.5 million, up 1%) and wins a 14th term atop the streaming-, airplay- and sales-fueled&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/r-and-b-songs\">Hot R&amp;B Songs<\/a>chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hot 100 welcomes a new member to the top five as&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/lizzo\">Lizzo<\/a>\u2019s \u201cTruth Hurts\u201d rises 6-5. The singer-songwriter-flautist\u2019s mainstream breakthrough reaches new highs on both Streaming Songs (7-5) and Radio Songs (8-7), improving 8% to 28.5 million clicks on the former survey and 20% to 77.8 million in audience on the latter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"650\" height=\"366\" allowfullscreen=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/P00HMxdsVZI\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/ed-sheeran\">Ed Sheeran<\/a>&nbsp;and Justin Bieber\u2019s \u201cI Don\u2019t Care\u201d backtracks 3-6 on the Hot 100 as it spends a second week atop the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/pop-songs\">Pop Songs<\/a>&nbsp;airplay chart. Meanwhile, the track\u2019s parent album,&nbsp;<em>Sheeran\u2019s No.6 Collaborations Project<\/em>, logs a second week at No. 1 on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/billboard-200\">Billboard 200<\/a>&nbsp;albums chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos. 7-9 remain steady on the Hot 100, with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/post-malone\">Post Malone<\/a>\u2019s \u201cGoodbyes,\u201d featuring Young Thug, holding at No. 7. The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/jonas-brothers\">Jonas Brothers<\/a>\u2019 former No. 1, \u201cSucker,\u201d ranks directly below; the song debuted in the top slot in March. Post Malone also ranks at No. 9 thanks to \u201cSunflower (Spider-Man: Into the Spider Verse),\u201d with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/swae-lee\">Swae Lee<\/a>. As \u201cSunflower\u201d banks its 32nd week in the Hot 100\u2019s top 10, it moves within one week of tying the all-time mark \u2013 33 weeks \u2013 shared by Sheeran\u2019s \u201cShape of You\u201d and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/maroon-5\">Maroon 5<\/a>\u2019s \u201cGirls Like You,\u201d featuring&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/cardi-b\">Cardi B<\/a>, achieved in 2017 and 2018-19, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking of \u201cyou,\u201d Shawn Mendes rounds out the Hot 100\u2019s top 10 as \u201cIf I Can\u2019t Have You\u201d jumps 13-10 and returns to the Hot 100\u2019s upper reaches for the first time since its No. 2 debut in May. With \u201cSenorita\u201d and \u201cYou,\u201d Mendes claims concurrent top 10 hits on the Hot 100 for the first time in his career.
