The song from the singer-songwriter and actress, who broke through with roles on Disney Channel&#8217;s&nbsp;<em>Bizaardvark<\/em>&nbsp;and Disney+&#8217;s&nbsp;<em>High School Musical: The Musical: The Series<\/em>, totaled 22.4 million U.S. streams (down 19%) and 10,000 downloads sold (down 42%) in the week ending Feb. 18, according to MRC Data. It also drew 59.1 million radio airplay audience impressions (up 11%) in the week ending Feb. 21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The track holds at No. 2 after four weeks atop the all-genre&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/streaming-songs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Streaming Songs<\/a>&nbsp;chart, reaches the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/radio-songs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Radio Songs<\/a>&nbsp;top five, pushing 7-5, and retreats 4-8 after three weeks atop&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/digital-song-sales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Digital Song Sales<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;License&#8221; claims top Airplay Gainer honors on the Hot 100 for a fifth consecutive week, becoming the first song to achieve such a streak since Post Malone&#8217;s &#8220;Circles&#8221; in September-October 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus, &#8220;License&#8221; is just the eighth single to have debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100 and spent at least its first six weeks on top. Released in full Feb. 12, it opens with 34 million streams, 1.4 million in radio reach and 3,000 sold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lil Tjay (born Tione Jayden Merritt) earns his first Hot 100 top 10, after reaching a prior No. 11 best as featured on Polo G&#8217;s &#8220;Pop Out&#8221; in June 2019. 6LACK (born Ricardo Valentine Jr.) also achieves his first top 10, after never before appearing in the chart&#8217;s upper half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Phone&#8221; rings in at No. 1 on Streaming Songs, where it&#8217;s each artist&#8217;s first leader. It also arrives as each act&#8217;s first No. 1 on both the\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/r-b-hip-hop-songs\" target=\"_blank\">Hot R&amp;B\/Hip-Hop Songs<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/rap-song\" target=\"_blank\">Hot Rap Songs<\/a>\u00a0charts, which employ the same methodology as the Hot 100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Weeknd&#8217;s &#8220;Blinding Lights&#8221; dips 3-4 on the Hot 100.
