The set earned 137,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending Sept. 30, according to MRC Data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With&nbsp;<em>Sincerely, Kentrell<\/em>\u2019s debut, the rapper becomes the second act, and only hip-hop artist, with a No. 1 album in each of the last three years: 2021, 2020 and 2019. The prolific artist has charted a total of 18 albums on the Billboard 200 since making his debut on the list in August of 2017. The 21-year-old previously hit No. 1 with&nbsp;<em>Top<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>38 Baby 2<\/em>&nbsp;(both in 2020, that September and May, respectively) and&nbsp;<em>AI YoungBoy 2<\/em>&nbsp;(in October 2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The only other act with a No. 1 album in 2021, 2020 and 2019 is\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/taylor-swift\" target=\"_blank\">Taylor Swift<\/a>, who also tallied four chart-topping releases in those years:\u00a0<em>Fearless (Taylor\u2019s Version)<\/em>\u00a0in 2021,\u00a0<em>Evermore<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>Folklore<\/em>\u00a0in 2020 and\u00a0<em>Lover<\/em>\u00a0in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week in the U.S. based on&nbsp;multimetric consumption as measured in equivalent album units. Units comprise album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). Each unit equals one album sale, or 10 individual tracks sold from an album, or 3,750 ad-supported or 1,250 paid\/subscription on-demand official audio and video streams generated by songs from an album. The new Oct. 9, 2021-dated chart (where&nbsp;<em>Sincerely, Kentrell<\/em>&nbsp;debuts at No. 1) will be posted in full on&nbsp;<em>Billboard<\/em>&#8216;s website on Oct. 5. For all chart news, follow @billboard and @billboardcharts on both Twitter and Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of&nbsp;<em>Sincerely, Kentrell<\/em>\u2019s 137,000 equivalent album units earned in the U.S. in the week ending Sept. 30, SEA units comprise 125,000 units (equaling 186.29 million on-demand streams of the album\u2019s 23 tracks), album sales comprise 10,000 and TEA units comprise 1,000 units. (The album was initially released as a 21-track standard album on Sept. 24, and then was reissued on Sept. 28 with two additional tracks.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>YoungBoy (whose real name is Kentrell Gaulden) has been awaiting his trial at the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center in Louisiana since April, after being charged with drug and weapon related offenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/drake\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Drake<\/a>\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Certified Lover Boy<\/em>&nbsp;moves down to No. 2 on the Billboard 200 after a three-week reign at No. 1.&nbsp;<em>Certified<\/em>&nbsp;earned 135,000 equivalent album units in its fourth week on the list (down 21%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/lil-nas-x\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lil Nas X<\/a>\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Montero<\/em>&nbsp;slips from No. 2 to No. 3 in its second week with 58,000 equivalent album units earned (down 54%).&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/kanye-west\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kanye West<\/a>\u2019s former No. 1&nbsp;<em>Donda<\/em>&nbsp;is a non-mover at No. 4 with 47,000 units (down 17%), while the Nos. 5-9 titles are all stationary as well.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/olivia-rodrigo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Olivia Rodrigo<\/a>\u2019s chart-topping&nbsp;<em>Sour<\/em>&nbsp;is No. 5 (46,000; down 10%),&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/doja-cat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Doja Cat<\/a>\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Planet Her<\/em>&nbsp;is No. 6 (44,000; down 8%),&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/morgan-wallen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Morgan Wallen<\/a>\u2019s former leader&nbsp;<em>Dangerous: The Double Album<\/em>&nbsp;is No. 7 (39,000; up 1%),&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/the-kid-laroi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Kid LAROI<\/a>\u2019s chart-topping&nbsp;<em>F*ck Love<\/em>&nbsp;is No. 8 (35,000; down 8%) and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/billie-eilish\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Billie Eilish<\/a>\u2019s former No. 1&nbsp;<em>Happier Than Ever<\/em>&nbsp;is No. 9 (31,000; down 4%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Closing out the top 10 is\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/rod-wave\" target=\"_blank\">Rod Wave<\/a>\u2019s former No. 1,\u00a0<em>SoulFly<\/em>, which steps 11-10 with 27,000 equivalent album units (down 7%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Source: billboard.com<\/p>\n<div id=\"themify_builder_content-2435\" data-postid=\"2435\" class=\"themify_builder_content themify_builder_content-2435 themify_builder themify_builder_front\">\r\n\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<!-- \/themify_builder_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>He\u2019s the first hip-hop artist to have a No. 1 album in each of the last three years: 2021, 2020 &amp; 2019.
