The set earned 129,000 equivalent album units in the week ending Nov. 10, according to Nielsen Music. Of that sum, 128,000 were in traditional album sales.<\/p>\n<p>The title was released on Nov. 4 through Island Records.<\/p>\n<p>The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week in the U.S. based on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/articles\/columns\/chart-beat\/6320099\/billboard-200-makeover-streams-digital-tracks\">multi-metric consumption<\/a>, which includes traditional album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). The new Nov. 26-dated chart (where Bon Jovi bows at No. 1) will be posted in full to <em>Billboard<\/em>\u2019s websites on Tuesday, Nov. 15.<\/p>\n<p><em>This House Is Not for Sale<\/em> is the group\u2019s 13th top 10-charting album, and follows the group\u2019s previous No. 1s: <em>What About Now<\/em> (in 2013), <em>The Circle<\/em> (2009), <em>Lost Highway<\/em>(2007), <em>New Jersey<\/em> (1988) and <em>Slippery When Wet<\/em> (1986).<\/p>\n<p>A handsome amount of the sales of the new album are driven by a concert ticket\/album sale promotion. The group has employed a similar offer for previous releases, as have artists ranging from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/305459\/justin-bieber\/chart\">Justin Bieber<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/305237\/josh-groban\/chart\">Josh Groban<\/a> to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/6143288\/shawn-mendes\/chart\">Shawn Mendes<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/280667\/barbra-streisand\/chart\">Barbra Streisand<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The opening sales frame of <em>This House Is Not for Sale<\/em> is the largest for a rock album in three months, since the <em>Suicide Squad<\/em> soundtrack bowed with a handful of sales more on the Aug. 27-dated list. (The last rock act to score a larger week was Blink-182, four months ago, with the bow of its <em>California<\/em> album. It started at No. 1 with 186,000 units and 172,000 in album sales.)<\/p>\n<p>At No. 2 on the new Billboard 200 is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/278600\/alicia-keys\/chart\">Alicia Keys<\/a>\u2019 new studio effort, <em>Here<\/em>, which starts with 50,000 units (42,000 in traditional album sales). It\u2019s Keys\u2019 seventh top 10 album, and all six of her studio sets have reached the top two on the list. She bowed at No. 1 with her first album, 2001\u2019s <em>Songs in A Minor,<\/em> and then followed it with <em>The Diary of Alicia Keys<\/em> (No. 1 in 2003), the live album <em>Unplugged<\/em> (No. 1 in 2005), <em>As I Am<\/em> (No. 1 in 2007), <em>The Element of Freedom<\/em> (No. 2 in 2010) and <em>Girl on Fire<\/em> (No. 1 in 2012). She charted one further title, 2013\u2019s <em>VH1 Storytellers<\/em>, which peaked at No. 108.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Trolls<\/em> film soundtrack flies from No. 39 to a new peak of No. 3 with 47,000 units (up 293 percent) and 36,000 in album sales (up 449 percent). The movie bowed in U.S. theaters on Nov. 4, the first day of the chart\u2019s latest tracking week.<\/p>\n<p><em>Trolls<\/em> is the fifth soundtrack to visit the top 10 in 2016, following <em>Suicide Squad<\/em>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/351039\/prince\/chart\">Prince<\/a> and the Revolution\u2019s <em>Purple Rain<\/em>, the TV soundtrack <em>The Passion: New Orleans<\/em>and <em>Star Wars: The Force Awakens<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/1490043\/pentatonix\/chart\">Pentatonix<\/a>\u2019s <em>A Pentatonix Christmas<\/em> rises two rungs to No. 4, with 46,000 units (up 13 percent) and 41,000 in album sales (up 13 percent). Meanwhile, the group\u2019s previous holiday effort, <em>That\u2019s Christmas to Me<\/em>, jumps 87-36 with 13,000 units (up 73 percent) and 10,000 copies sold (up 85 percent).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/6140339\/rae-sremmurd\/chart\">Rae Sremmurd<\/a>\u2019s <em>Sremmlife 2<\/em> hits a new peak, catapulting 21-5 with 39,000 units (up 126 percent), but just 3,000 sold (up 65 percent). The album originally debuted and peaked at No. 7 on the Sept. 3-dated chart. Nearly 21,000 units of the album\u2019s total in the latest tracking frame was driven by streaming equivalent album units, powered by the set\u2019s gone-viral hit \u201cBlack Beatles.\u201d The track has gained in popularity in the past two weeks, thanks largely to consumers discovering the song through its use in Mannequin Challenge videos. The song is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/articles\/columns\/chart-beat\/7573485\/hot-100-rae-sremmurd-black-beatles-chainsmokers-closer\">challenging<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/5794072\/the-chainsmokers\/chart\">The Chainsmokers<\/a>\u2019 \u201cCloser\u201d for the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart dated Nov. 16.<\/p>\n<p>The top 10 of the list is scheduled to be revealed Monday (Nov. 14).<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of The Chainsmokers, the duo\u2019s five-song EP <em>Collage<\/em> bows at No. 6 with 39,000 units (9,000 in traditional album sales). The set acts as a mini-greatest hits package, as four of the five songs are previously released hits, including the smashes \u201cCloser\u201d and \u201cDon\u2019t Let Me Down.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Now 60<\/em> compilation starts at No. 7 with 36,000 units (all from traditional album sales), extending the Now That\u2019s What I Call Music compilation series\u2019 hot streak on the chart.
