For all chart news, you can follow @billboard and @billboardcharts on both Twitter and Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-embed-handler wp-block-embed-embed-handler wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"post-video\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Olivia Rodrigo - vampire (Official Music Video)\" width=\"1165\" height=\"655\" src=\"https:\/\/youtube.com\/embed\/RlPNh_PBZb4?wmode=transparent&#038;fs=1\"  allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Streams, airplay &amp; sales:<\/strong>&nbsp;Rodrigo\u2019s \u201cVampire,\u201d released on Geffen\/Interscope Records, drew 35.5 million streams and 26.3 million radio airplay audience impressions (aided by an FCC-friendly radio edit) and sold 26,000 (17,000 sales combined on 7\u201d vinyl, sold for $10, and CD, for $3.50; and 9,000 digital downloads) in its first week, ending July 6, according to Luminate, following its&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/pop\/olivia-rodrigo-vampire-guts-new-single-interview-1235364551\/\">June 30 release<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The song is the 1,150th No. 1 since the Hot 100 began in August 1958, and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/photos\/billboard-hot-100-number-1-song-debuts-426225\/67-jimin-software-concept-photo-press-cr-courtesy-bighit-music-2023-billboard-1-1548\/\">67th to soar in at the summit<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The track likewise debuts at No. 1 on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/streaming-songs\">Streaming Songs<\/a>&nbsp;chart, No. 2 on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/digital-song-sales\/\">Digital Song Sales<\/a>&nbsp;(as it\u2019s the overall top-selling song of the week, downloads and physical copies combined) and No. 22 on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/radio-songs\/\">Radio Songs<\/a>. (It starts at No. 17 on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/t\/pop\/\">Pop<\/a>&nbsp;Airplay and No. 22 on Adult Pop Airplay.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe always said that it was kind of our version of a rock opera,\u201d Rodrigo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/pop\/olivia-rodrigo-vampire-guts-new-single-interview-1235364551\/\">told\u00a0<em>Billboard<\/em><\/a>\u00a0of \u201cVampire,\u201d which she wrote with her main collaborator Dan Nigro, who solely produced it. \u201cI think as the album was coming together, we were coming up with a bunch of songs that we really liked, but this one always stuck out to me as something that I felt like was honoring my singer-songwriter roots, but felt like an evolution \u2013 in a good way that wasn\u2019t too stark. So, I really liked it for that, and it was always one of my favorites.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rodrigo\u2019s 3rd No. 1:<\/strong>&nbsp;\u201cVampire\u201d is Rodrigo\u2019s third Hot 100 No. 1. \u201cDrivers License\u201d dominated for eight weeks, starting upon its&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/pro\/olivia-rodrigo-drivers-license-number-one-hot-100-debut\/\">debut<\/a>&nbsp;in January 2021, and \u201cGood 4 U\u201d ruled for a week in its&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/pro\/olivia-rodrigo-good-4-u-number-one-debut-hot-100\/\">first frame<\/a>&nbsp;in May 2021. \u201cVampire\u201d is her fifth top 10, as her debut album&nbsp;<em>Sour<\/em>&nbsp;also generated \u201cDeja Vu\u201d (No. 3 peak) and \u201cTraitor\u201d (No. 9). She is the only artist born in the 2000s with multiple Hot 100 No. 1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The other acts born since 2000 to have led the Hot 100: Billie Eilish (\u201cBad Guy,\u201d 2019); Jawsh 865 (\u201cSavage Love [Laxed \u2013 Siren Beat]\u201d with Jason Derulo and BTS, 2020); 24kGoldn (\u201cMood\u201d featuring Iann Dior, 2020); and The Kid LAROI (\u201cStay\u201d with Justin Bieber, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI think the most change I\u2019ve felt was just as a girl, growing up and changing from being a teenager to a 20-year-old,\u201d Rodrigo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/pop\/olivia-rodrigo-vampire-guts-new-single-interview-1235364551\/\">mused<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0<em>Billboard<\/em>\u00a0of her evolution over the last two years. \u201cAll of the maturing and figuring yourself out, that\u2019s just on a normal human-to-human level \u2013 I think that was the most surprising thing for me.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Morgan Wallen\u2019s \u201cLast Night\u201d dips to No. 2 on the Hot 100 following 13 weeks at No. 1, the second-longest command this decade, after Harry Styles\u2019 \u201cAs It Was\u201d (15 weeks, 2022). \u201cLast Night\u201d spent the last 10 consecutive weeks at No. 1, the best streak since Roddy Ricch\u2019s \u201cThe Box\u201d linked 11 weeks on top all in a row in January-March 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLast Night\u201d drew 74.5 million in radio reach and 29.8 million streams and sold 8,000 June 30-July 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLast Night\u201d tops&nbsp;<em>Billboard<\/em>\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/country-songs\/\">Hot Country Songs<\/a>&nbsp;chart, which employs the same multimetric methodology as the Hot 100, for a 22nd week, the sixth-longest rule since the chart became an all-encompassing genre reflection in 1958; Bebe Rexha and Florida Georgia Line\u2019s \u201cMeant to Be\u201d spent a record 50 frames at No. 1 in 2017-18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus, \u201cLast Night\u201d adds a sixth week atop\u00a0<em>Billboard<\/em>\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/summer-songs\">Songs of the Summer chart<\/a>, having ranked at No. 1 each week since the survey\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/chart-beat\/songs-of-the-summer-chart-returns-2023-morgan-wallen-1235346631\/\">returned<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luke Combs\u2019 cover of Tracy Chapman\u2019s \u201cFast Car\u201d reverses course to No. 3 from its No. 2 Hot 100 high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rema and Selena Gomez\u2019s \u201cCalm Down\u201d slips to No. 4 from its No. 3 Hot 100 best as it spends a third week atop Radio Songs (92 million, up 2%). The collab concurrently tops the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/billboard-u-s-afrobeats-songs\/\">Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs<\/a>&nbsp;chart for a 45th week, extending the longest reign since the ranking&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/chart-beat\/afrobeats-songs-chart-first-anniversary-calm-down-tems-burna-boy-1235295679\/\">began<\/a>&nbsp;over a year ago (in partnership with music festival and global brand&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/t\/afro-nation\/\">Afro Nation<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miley Cyrus\u2019 \u201cFlowers\u201d retreats 4-5 on the Hot 100, after eight weeks at No. 1 beginning upon its debut in January, and Lil Durk\u2019s \u201cAll My Life\u201d featuring J. It has been gaining momentum in recent weeks, as Swift has been performing it on her current Eras Tour, her first in which she\u2019s been able to spotlight songs from\u00a0<em>Lover<\/em>, which was released shortly before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
