It&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/chart-beat\/jack-harlow-lovin-on-me-number-one-hot-100-mariah-carey-brenda-lee-tyla-top-10-1235511068\/\">first reigned<\/a>&nbsp;for a week in early December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/doja-cat\/\">Doja Cat<\/a>\u2019s \u201cAgora Hills\u201d leaps 35-10 on the Hot 100, becoming her ninth top 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many songs surge on the Hot 100 as the 41 holiday songs on the chart the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/chart-beat\/brenda-lee-rockin-around-the-christmas-tree-hot-100-number-one-third-week-1235574397\/\">week before<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 the most seasonal songs ever on the survey in a single week \u2013 all depart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hot 100 blends all-genre U.S. streaming (official audio and official video), radio airplay and sales data, the lattermost metric reflecting purchases of physical singles and digital tracks from full-service digital music retailers; digital singles sales from direct-to-consumer (D2C) sites are excluded from chart calculations. For all chart news, you can follow @billboard and @billboardcharts on both X, formerly known as Twitter, and Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Iq8h3GEe22o?si=2owMBaO6xDLrfmVg\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Harlow\u2019s \u201cLovin on Me,\u201d released on Generation Now\/Atlantic, drew 29 million streams (up 13%, good for top Streaming Gainer honors on the Hot 100) and 52.3 million radio airplay audience impressions (up 1%) and sold 8,000 downloads (up 10%) in the Dec. 29-Jan. 4 tracking week, according to Luminate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The single bounds 19-1 for a third week atop the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/streaming-songs\">Streaming Songs<\/a>&nbsp;chart; rises 2-1 for a second frame atop&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/digital-song-sales\/\">Digital Song Sales<\/a>; and holds at its No. 5 high on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/radio-songs\/\">Radio Songs<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The track became Harlow\u2019s third Hot 100 leader on the Dec. 2, 2023-datec chart, following \u201cFirst Class\u201d (No. 1 for three weeks in April-May 2022) and \u201cIndustry Baby,\u201d with Lil Nas X (No. 1, one week, October 2021). Notably, he is the first artist to have placed atop the chart each year since 2021. (Drake and Taylor Swift each led with new No. 1s in 2020-23; plus, Mariah Carey\u2019s \u201cAll I Want for Christmas Is You\u201d has jingled to No. 1 on charts dated each year in 2019-23.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLovin on Me\u201d concurrently tops the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/r-b-hip-hop-songs\/\">Hot R&amp;B\/Hip-Hop Songs<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/rap-song\/\">Hot Rap Songs<\/a>&nbsp;charts, which use the same methodology as the Hot 100, for an eighth week each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLovin on Me\u201d is currently a standalone single from Harlow, whose most recent album,\u00a0<em>Jackman.<\/em>, debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard 200 in May, becoming his third top 10 set. (The song\u2019s hook\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/rb-hip-hop\/jack-harlow-lovin-on-me-release-date-1235468013\/\">samples<\/a>\u00a0singer Delbert \u201cDale\u201d Greer\u2019s 1995 cut \u201cWhatever.\u201d)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Swift\u2019s \u201cCruel Summer\u201d soars 19-2 on the Hot 100 following four nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1 beginning in October. It rules Radio Songs for an 11th week (72.6 million, up 13%). The song also leads the Adult Pop Airplay chart for an 18th week \u2013 surpassing the 17-week reign of Miley Cyrus\u2019 \u201cFlowers\u201d last year for the longest for a song by a woman in the chart\u2019s history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tate McRae\u2019s first Hot 100 top 10, \u201cGreedy,\u201d flies 24-3, besting its prior No. 7 peak to become her first top five hit on the chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doja Cat\u2019s \u201cPaint the Town Red\u201d roars 29-4 on the Hot 100, after it led for three nonconsecutive weeks beginning in September, and Zach Bryan\u2019s \u201cI Remember Everything,\u201d featuring Kacey Musgraves, jumps 31-6, after it dominated for a week upon its debut in September, as it ups its commands on the multimetric\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/rock-songs\/\">Hot Rock &amp; Alternative Songs<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/hot-rock-songs\/\">Hot Rock Songs<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/country-songs\/\">Hot Country Songs<\/a>\u00a0charts to 19, 18 and 15 weeks, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SZA\u2019s \u201cSnooze\u201d ranks at No. 6 on the Hot 100, after reaching No. 2, as it leads the multi-metric&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/r-and-b-songs\/\">Hot R&amp;B Songs<\/a>&nbsp;chart for a 23rd week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyla\u2019s initial Hot 100 top 10, \u201cWater,\u201d swells 32-7 for a new high, after it previously reached No. 10. It concurrently crowns the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/billboard-u-s-afrobeats-songs\/\">Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs<\/a>&nbsp;chart for a 13th week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Morgan Wallen\u2019s \u201cLast Night\u201d blasts 36-8 on the Hot 100, following 16 weeks at No. 1 beginning last March \u2013 the longest reign ever for a non-collaboration \u2013 and Luke Combs\u2019 No. 2-peaking \u201cFast Car\u201d revs 47-9 (up 24% to 46.3 million in radio reach as it wins the chart\u2019s top Airplay Gainer award).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0c66ksfigtU?si=obcgckObvVdXgKrl\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Rounding out the Hot 100\u2019s top 10, Doja Cat\u2019s \u201cAgora Hills\u201d hikes 35-10.
