Plus, Chappell Roan earns her first Hot 100 top 10 with &#8220;Good Luck, Babe!&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/shaboozey\/\">Shaboozey<\/a>&nbsp;hoists \u201cA Bar Song (Tipsy)\u201d to No. 1 on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/hot-100\">Billboard Hot 100<\/a>&nbsp;songs chart, marking his first leader on the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The track concurrently rebounds for a fourth week atop the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/country-songs\/\">Hot Country Songs<\/a>\u00a0chart, which uses the same multimetric methodology as the Hot 100. Previously, no song by a Black man, or one known to be biracial, had previously topped both charts. He is the second Black artist overall to achieve the feat \u2013 following\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/beyonce\/\">Beyonc\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0with \u201cTexas Hold \u2018Em\u201d earlier this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Virgina native Shaboozey (born Collins Obinna Chibueze) charted two Hot 100 hits, in April, prior to \u201cA Bar Song (Tipsy),\u201d both from Beyonc\u00e9\u2019s LP&nbsp;<em>Cowboy Carter<\/em>: \u201cSpaghettii\u201d (also with Linda Martell; No. 31 peak) and \u201cSweet * Honey * Buckiin\u2019 \u201d (No. 61).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA Bar Song (Tipsy)\u201d is from Shaboozey\u2019s LP&nbsp;<em>Where I\u2019ve Been, Isn\u2019t Where I\u2019m Going<\/em>, which debuted at its No. 5 high on the Billboard 200 in June.
