It extends 2024\u2019s longest Hot 100 rule and becomes one of 45 No. 1s in the chart\u2019s 66-year history to post\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/pro\/hot-100-songs-longest-leading-no-1s\/\">double-digit weeks on top<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 a feat that only 4% of all leaders have achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hit, which became the singer-songwriter\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/lists\/shaboozey-chappell-roan-hot-100-top-10\/\">first Hot 100 No. 1<\/a>&nbsp;in July, is the seventh to reign for 10 or more weeks this decade. It\u2019s the first to reach the milestone since another country\/pop crossover smash, Morgan Wallen\u2019s \u201cLast Night,\u201d which led for 16 weeks in March-August 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA Bar Song (Tipsy)\u201d also furthers the longest No. 1 run on the multimetric&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/country-songs\/\">Hot Country Songs<\/a>&nbsp;chart this year, adding a 14th week at the summit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/t7bQwwqW-Hc?si=veC9zxPT44dJaSWT\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hot 100 blends all-genre U.S. streaming (official audio and official video), radio airplay and sales data, the lattermost metric reflecting purchases of physical singles and digital tracks from full-service digital music retailers; digital singles sales from direct-to-consumer (D2C) sites are excluded from chart calculations.
