Gaga ties her second-longest command, as her debut smash \u201cJust Dance,\u201d featuring Colby O\u2019Donis, ruled for three weeks in January 2009. He ups his count to 15 career top 10s \u2013 extending his mark for the most all-time among acts who record primarily Latin music.
