Plus, Chappell Roan&#8217;s &#8220;Pink Pony Club&#8221; and SZA&#8217;s &#8220;30 for 30,&#8221; featuring Lamar, hit the top 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/kendrick-lamar\/\">Kendrick Lamar<\/a>\u2019s \u201cNot Like Us\u201d blasts back to No. 1, from No. 15, on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/hot-100\">Billboard Hot 100<\/a>&nbsp;songs chart (dated Feb. 22), sparked by his performance of the song during the Super Bowl LIX&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/rb-hip-hop\/kendrick-lamar-2025-super-bowl-halftime-show-not-like-us-sza-1235896827\/\">halftime show<\/a>&nbsp;Feb. 9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/lists\/drake-kendrick-lamar-beef-timeline\/\">scathing diss track<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 which on Feb. 2 won the Grammy Awards for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/awards\/grammy-record-of-the-year-1235890700\/\">record<\/a>&nbsp;and song of the year, among its&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/awards\/beyonce-kendrick-lamar-2025-grammy-records-winners-1235890836\/\">five victories<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 adds a third week atop the Hot 100. It&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/lists\/kendrick-lamar-not-like-us-hot-100-number-one-debut\/\">debuted at No. 1<\/a>&nbsp;on the May 18, 2024, chart and became a pop-culture fixture, spending the next eight weeks between Nos. 2 and 6. It was further boosted by Lamar\u2019s Juneteenth&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/concerts\/5-things-kendrick-lamar-juneteenth-pop-out-kia-forum-los-angeles-1235713215\/\">The Pop Out<\/a>: Ken &amp; Friends concert \u2013 in which he performed the song five times. It rebounded for a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/lists\/kendrick-lamar-not-like-us-number-one-second-week-hot-100\/\">second week at No. 1<\/a>&nbsp;on the July 20 chart, following the July 4&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/rb-hip-hop\/kendrick-lamar-not-like-us-video-1235725069\/\">premiere<\/a>&nbsp;of its official video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNot Like Us\u201d leads the Hot 100 again after a break of 29 chart weeks (and 30 total, encompassing a week off the chart while holiday hits decorated the ranking) \u2013 the third-longest break between time at No. 1 in the chart\u2019s 66-year history (surpassing two hits that waited nine weeks each between stays on top: Olivia Rodrigo\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/chart-beat\/olivia-rodrigo-vampire-number-one-second-week-hot-100-1235414791\/\">\u201cVampire,\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;in 2023, and Miley Cyrus\u2019&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/pro\/miley-cyrus-wrecking-ball-swings-back-to-no-1-on-hot-100\/\">\u201cWrecking Ball,\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;in 2013).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among all songs, the only longer breaks between No. 1 Hot 100 runs belong to Chubby Checker\u2019s \u201cThe Twist\u201d and Mariah Carey\u2019s \u201cAll I Want for Christmas Is You.\u201d The former returned to the top after a record wait of a year, three months and three weeks, between 1960 and 1962, after it re-entered the chart thanks to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/pro\/chubby-checker-the-twist-hot-100-number-one\/\">new popularity<\/a>&nbsp;among adult audiences; Carey\u2019s Yuletide anthem has led for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/lists\/mariah-carey-all-i-want-for-christmas-is-you-hot-100-number-one-18-weeks\/\">18 total weeks<\/a>, via annual reigns since December 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, \u201cNot Like Us\u201d becomes the first non-holiday song to top the Hot 100 three separate times with breaks of two or more months in between each domination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lamar additionally ties his longest Hot 100 command, as he first led for three weeks last April with \u201cLike That,\u201d with Future and Metro Boomin. He has earned five No. 1s, also ruling for a week each with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/lists\/kendrick-lamar-squabble-up-hot-100-number-one-debut\/\">\u201cSquabble Up\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;in December (thus, in between his second and third turns at No. 1 with \u201cNot Like Us\u201d); \u201cHumble.\u201d in 2017; and as featured on Taylor Swift\u2019s \u201cBad Blood\u201d in 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, two songs reach the Hot 100\u2019s top 10 for the first time, led by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/chappell-roan\/\">Chappell Roan<\/a>\u2019s \u201cPink Pony Club\u201d (18-9), after she performed the song on the Grammys and won for best new artist and has drawn continued attention for her acceptance speech calling for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/awards\/chappell-roan-grammy-best-new-artist-2025-1235890400\/\">improvements in artists\u2019 healthcare<\/a>. Plus,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/sza\/\">SZA<\/a>\u2019s \u201c30 for 30,\u201d featuring Lamar, leaps 22-10 after she guested during Lamar\u2019s halftime show performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hot 100 blends all-genre U.S. streaming (official audio and official video), radio airplay and sales data, the lattermost metric reflecting purchases of physical singles and digital tracks from full-service digital music retailers; digital singles sales from direct-to-consumer (D2C) sites are excluded from chart calculations.
