It became her&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/lists\/ella-langley-choosin-texas-hot-100-number-one\/\">first leader<\/a>&nbsp;on the chart in mid-February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concurrently, parent album&nbsp;<em>Dandelion<\/em>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/chart-beat\/ella-langley-dandelion-number-one-billboard-200-chart-1236226543\/\">sprouts at No. 1<\/a>&nbsp;on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/billboard-200\/\">Billboard 200<\/a>. Langley becomes just the second woman to lead the Hot 100 and Billboard 200 simultaneously with country titles (defined as those that have hit&nbsp;<em>Billboard\u2019<\/em>s Hot Country Songs or Top Country Albums charts). Taylor Swift&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/chart-beat\/taylor-swift-all-too-well-hot-100-debut-1235001340\/\">first doubled up<\/a>&nbsp;with \u201cAll Too Well (Taylor\u2019s Version)\u201d and&nbsp;<em>Red (Taylor\u2019s Version)<\/em>&nbsp;on the Hot 100 and Billboard 200 for a week in November 2021. With Swift earning the honor via&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/music-news\/billboard-explains-taylor-swift-re-recording-albums-9552912\/\">re-recorded<\/a>&nbsp;material, Langley is the first woman to claim the mark with all-new music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, fellow&nbsp;<em>Dandelion<\/em>&nbsp;track \u201cBe Her\u201d bounds 8-4 for a new Hot 100 high, marking Langley\u2019s second top five hit. She becomes the first woman artist that has primarily recorded country music to chart her initial two top five songs in the region simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the multimetric&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/country-songs\/\">Hot Country Songs<\/a>&nbsp;chart, \u201cChoosin\u2019 Texas\u201d reigns for a 21st week and \u201cBe Her\u201d holds at its No. 2 best (with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/chart-beat\/ella-langley-be-her-choosin-texas-country-airplay-top-10-1236225688\/\">both in the top 10<\/a>&nbsp;on Country Airplay).
