It equals the reign of Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men&#8217;s &#8220;One Sweet Day,&#8221; which spent 16 weeks at No. 1 in 1995-96.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/276089\/ed-sheeran\/chart\">Ed\u00a0<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/276089\/ed-sheeran\/chart\">Sheeran<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Shape of You&#8221; breaks the record for the most weeks spent in the Hot 100&#8217;s top 10, adding an unprecedented 33rd week in the top tier.<\/p>\n<p>Plus,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/431628\/yo-gotti\/chart\">Yo Gotti<\/a>\u00a0soars to his first Hot 100 top 10, as &#8220;Rake It Up&#8221; rockets 24-10 following the release of its official video. Featured artist\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/312259\/nicki-minaj\/chart\">Nicki Minaj<\/a>\u00a0earns her 14th top 10, extending her record for the most among female rappers.<\/p>\n<p>And, just beneath the Hot 100&#8217;s top 10, Bieber and BloodPop score the chart&#8217;s highest new entry, as &#8220;Friends&#8221; debuts at No. 20.<\/p>\n<p>As we do each\u00a0Monday, let&#8217;s run down the top 10 of the Hot 100, which blends all-genre streaming, airplay and sales data. The single additionally leads the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/streaming-songs\">Streaming Songs<\/a>\u00a0chart for a record-extending 16th week, with 44.6 million U.S. streams (down 4 percent) in the week ending Aug. 24. On\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/radio-songs\">Radio Songs<\/a>, &#8220;Despacito&#8221; holds at No. 5 after five prior weeks on top, drawing 105 million in all-format airplay audience (down 11 percent) in the week ending Aug. 27.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Despacito&#8221; tallies a 30th week atop the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/latin-songs\">Hot Latin Songs<\/a>\u00a0chart and extends its reign on the Songs of the Summer survey to 13 weeks, having led the latter list each week since its annual return after Memorial Day; the summer champion and entire top 20 will be revealed next week.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/299939\/dj-khaled\/chart\">DJ Khaled<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Wild Thoughts,&#8221; featuring\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/365068\/rihanna\/chart\">Rihanna<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/6627423\/bryson-tiller\/chart\">Bryson Tiller<\/a>, ranks at its No. 2 Hot 100 peak for a seventh week, as it tops Radio Songs (137 million, up 1 percent) for a third week. The track holds at No. 4 on Streaming Songs (30.2 million, down 9 percent) and tumbles 2-7 on Digital Song Sales (38,000, down 46 percent, in its second week of 69-cent iTunes discounting). &#8220;Thoughts&#8221; rules\u00a0Billboard&#8217;s Hot R&amp;B Songs chart for an eighth week and Hot R&amp;B\/Hip-Hop Songs for a seventh frame.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/7266002\/cardi-b\/chart\">Cardi B<\/a>&#8216;s breakthrough hit &#8220;Bodak Yellow (Money Moves)&#8221; holds at its No. 3 Hot 100 high. It keeps at No. 2 on Streaming Songs (42 million, up 16 percent); reaches the Digital Song Sales top 10 (12-8; 36,000, up 25 percent); and bounds 28-20 on Radio Songs (50 million, up 21 percent). The track spends a second week at No. 1 on the Hot Rap Songs chart and takes over atop the all-genre audio subscription services-based On-Demand Streaming Songs chart (3-1; 16.9 million on-demand U.S. streams, up 15 percent).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/303738\/imagine-dragons\/chart\">Imagine Dragons<\/a>&#8216; &#8220;Believer&#8221; returns to its No. 4 Hot 100 peak, from No. 5, while leading the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/rock-songs\">Hot Rock Songs<\/a>\u00a0chart for a 25th week, and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/6473237\/charlie-puth\/chart\">Charlie Puth<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Attention&#8221; also revisits its Hot 100 highpoint (6-5), while becoming his\u00a0first No. 1\u00a0as a lead artist on the Pop Songs airplay chart.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/302488\/french-montana\/chart\">French Montana<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Unforgettable,&#8221; featuring\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/7892273\/swae-lee\/chart\">Swae Lee<\/a>, drops 4-6 on the Hot 100 after reaching No. 3, while becoming each artist&#8217;s first top 10 on Radio Songs (11-10; 81 million, up 3 percent);\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/6143288\/shawn-mendes\/chart\">Shawn Mendes<\/a>&#8216; &#8220;There&#8217;s Nothing Holdin&#8217; Me Back&#8221; holds at No. 7 on the Hot 100, following its No. 6 peak, and becomes his\u00a0third No. 1\u00a0on the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/adult-pop-songs\">Adult Pop Songs<\/a>\u00a0chart; and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/298455\/bruno-mars\/chart\">Bruno Mars<\/a>&#8216; &#8220;That&#8217;s What I Like&#8221; keeps at No. 8 after topping the\u00a0May 13-dated Hot 100.<\/p>\n<p>As it holds at No. 9 on the Hot 100, Sheeran&#8217;s former 12-week No. 1 &#8220;Shape of You&#8221; breaks the record for the most weeks (33) spent in the top 10. It also jumps 42-26 on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/digital-song-sales\">Digital Song Sales<\/a>\u00a0(17,000, up 24 percent), while lifting 35-33 on Radio Songs (36 million, up 10 percent). Yo Gotti earns his first Hot 100 top 10, after previously peaking at a No. 13 high with &#8220;Down in the DM,&#8221; also featuring Minaj, in March 2016. With her 14th Hot 100 top 10, Minaj extends her lead for the most among female rappers, pushing further past runner-up Missy Elliott, with nine.<\/p>\n<p>Just beyond the Hot 100&#8217;s top 10, Bieber and BloodPop&#8217;s &#8220;Friends&#8221; arrives as the chart&#8217;s highest debut, at No. 20. Following its first full week of tracking (after its Aug. 17 midday release), it ranks at No. 5 on Digital Song Sales (39,000), No. 23 on Streaming Songs (13.3 million) and No. 41 on Radio Songs (32 million).
