Swift also debuts at No. 4 on the Hot 100 with &#8220;\u2026Ready for It?,&#8221; with both songs previewing her new album\u00a0<em>Reputation<\/em>, due Nov. 10.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/7266002\/cardi-b\/chart\">Cardi B<\/a>\u00a0bumps 3-2 with &#8220;Bodak Yellow (Money Moves),&#8221; marking the first time in nearly three years that solo women (in lead roles) rank at Nos. 1 and 2 simultaneously on the Hot 100.<\/p>\n<p>Also notably,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/6473237\/charlie-puth\/chart\">Charlie\u00a0<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/6473237\/charlie-puth\/chart\">Puth<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Attention,&#8221; at No. 7 on the Hot 100, takes over as the most-heard song on U.S. radio, as it crowns the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/radio-songs\">Radio Songs<\/a>\u00a0chart.<\/p>\n<p>As we do every Monday, let&#8217;s run down the top 10 of the Hot 100, which blends all-genre streaming, airplay and sales data. All charts will update on Billboard.com tomorrow (Sept. 12).<\/p>\n<div class=\"fluid-width-video-wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" id=\"fitvid0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/D6xcLxOLzN4\" width=\"650\" height=\"366\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&#8220;Look,&#8221; released on Big Machine\/Republic Records, leads the Hot 100 following its second full week of tracking (after its Aug. 25 release). It tops the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/streaming-songs\">Streaming Songs<\/a>chart for a second frame with 61.2 million U.S. streams, down 28 percent, in the week ending Sept. 7, according to Nielsen Music. A week ago, it set the record for the most weekly streams for a song by a female artist: 84.4 million.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Look&#8221; dips to No. 2 after a week atop the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/digital-song-sales\">Digital Song Sales<\/a>\u00a0chart (114,000 downloads sold, down 68 percent, in the week ending Sept. 7) and lifts 14-13 on Radio Songs (72 million all-format audience impressions, up 15 percent, in the week ending Sept. 10). More on Swift&#8217;s debut at No. 4 in a moment \u2026<\/p>\n<p>First, Cardi B pushes from No. 3 to a new No. 2 high on the Hot 100 with &#8220;Bodak Yellow.&#8221; The rapper&#8217;s breakthrough hit keeps at No. 2 on Streaming Songs (46.2 million, up 9 percent) and rises 10-8 on Digital Song Sales (35,000, up 2 percent) and 17-16 on Radio Songs (59 million, up 7 percent). The track spends a third week at No. 1 on the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/rap-song\">Hot Rap Songs<\/a>\u00a0chart and a second week atop\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/r-b-hip-hop-songs\">Hot R&amp;B\/Hip-Hop Songs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>With Swift at No. 1 and Cardi B at No. 2, the Hot 100 finds two solo women in lead roles in the top two simultaneously for the first time in almost three years, since the Hot 100 dated Dec. 13, 2014. That week, (guess who) Swift ranked at No. 1 with &#8220;Blank Space&#8221; (with Dec. 13 doubling as her birthday!) and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/6155878\/meghan-trainor\/chart\">Meghan Trainor<\/a>\u00a0placed at No. 2 with &#8220;All About That Bass.&#8221; Reflecting the chart&#8217;s cyclical nature, however, while Swift and Cardi B this week end the lengthy run of male artists in the Hot 100&#8217;s top two, that Dec. 13, 2014-dated Hot 100 completed a whopping 15-week streak of women monopolizing the region (thanks to Swift&#8217;s &#8220;Space&#8221; and &#8220;Shake It Off&#8221;; Trainor&#8217;s &#8220;Bass&#8221;; and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/312259\/nicki-minaj\/chart\">Nicki\u00a0<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/312259\/nicki-minaj\/chart\">Minaj<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Anaconda&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/308529\/luis-fonsi\/chart\">Luis Fonsi<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/300083\/daddy-yankee\/chart\">Daddy Yankee<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Despacito,&#8221; featuring\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/305459\/justin-bieber\/chart\">Justin Bieber<\/a>, falls 2-3 on the Hot 100. A week ago, the smash, and the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/articles\/columns\/chart-beat\/7950170\/despacito-song-of-the-summer-luis-fonsi-daddy-yankee-justin-bieber\">No. 1 song of the summer for 2017<\/a>, ceded the summit to Swift&#8217;s &#8220;Look&#8221; after tying the record for the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/articles\/columns\/chart-beat\/7942306\/despacito-hot-100-number-one-ties-record-luis-fonsi-daddy-yankee-justin-bieber\">most weeks (16) spent at No. 1<\/a>\u00a0in the Hot 100&#8217;s 59-year history. Still, &#8220;Despacito&#8221; remains atop the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/latin-songs\">Hot Latin Songs<\/a>\u00a0chart, reigning for a 32nd week.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fluid-width-video-wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" id=\"fitvid1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/T62maKYX9tU\" width=\"650\" height=\"366\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Back to Swift: &#8220;\u2026Ready for It&#8221;? roars onto the Hot 100 at No. 4, launching at No. 1 on Digital Song Sales with 135,000 downloads sold. Swift scores her 13th Digital Song Sales No. 1, moving to within one of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/365068\/rihanna\/chart\">Rihanna<\/a>, who leads with 14 toppers on the tally. Additionally, with &#8220;Ready&#8221; and &#8220;Look,&#8221; Swift is the first act to sell more than 100,000 downloads of two songs in the same week since\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/276089\/ed-sheeran\/chart\">Ed Sheeran<\/a>, whose &#8220;Shape of You&#8221; and &#8220;Castle on the Hill&#8221; arrived simultaneously on the Jan. 28-dated Digital Song Sales chart with 240,000 and 171,000 sold, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ready&#8221; also starts at No. 11 on Streaming Songs (19 million U.S. streams), drawing 13 million in radio audience. &#8220;Ready&#8221; is receiving play even as &#8220;Look&#8221; is Swift&#8217;s focus radio single; &#8220;Ready&#8221; debuts at No. 35 on the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/pop-songs\">Pop Songs<\/a>\u00a0airplay chart (while &#8220;Look&#8221; lifts 9-7 in its third week on the list).<\/p>\n<p>And, more on women&#8217;s resurgence in the Hot 100&#8217;s upper reaches: Swift&#8217;s two songs and Cardi B&#8217;s &#8220;Bodak Yellow&#8221; make for solo women infusing three of the top four for the first time since, again, Dec. 13, 2014. (For seven weeks just before then, on charts dated Sept. 20 through Nov. 1, 2014, women shut men out of the top five entirely, thanks to hits by Swift, Trainor, Minaj,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/5694588\/iggy-azalea\/chart\">Iggy Azalea<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/1484343\/ariana-grande\/chart\">Ariana Grande<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/304565\/jessie-j\/chart\">Jessie J<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/365087\/rita-ora\/chart\">Rita Ora<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/5934571\/tove-lo\/chart\">Tove Lo<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>Plus, with &#8220;Look&#8221; and &#8220;Ready,&#8221; Swift is the first woman with two concurrent top five Hot 100 hits since\u2026 Swift, on Feb. 7, 2015, when &#8220;Space&#8221; and &#8220;Shake&#8221; ranked at Nos. 4 and 5, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ready&#8221; for one more stat about Swift? She adds her 22nd top 10 Hot 100 hit. Among women, only Madonna, the leader among all artists with 38 top 10s, Rihanna (31),\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/309388\/mariah-carey\/chart\">Mariah Carey<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/304191\/janet-jackson\/chart\">Janet Jackson<\/a>\u00a0(27 each) and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/431329\/whitney-houston\/chart\">Whitney Houston<\/a>\u00a0(23) have earned more.<\/p>\n<p>After the trio performed the track at the MTV Video Music Awards Aug. 27,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/6260934\/logic\/chart\">Logic<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;1-800-273-8255,&#8221; featuring\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/6592648\/alessia-cara\/chart\">Alessia Cara<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/7414979\/khalid\/chart\">Khalid<\/a>, continues to build, rising 9-5 on the Hot 100. The song dips 3-4 on Digital Song Sales (61,000, down 12 percent), while surging to the Streaming Songs top five (12-5; 30.6 million, up 53 percent, good for the Hot 100&#8217;s top Streaming Gainer award) and the Radio Songs top 40 (41-33; 37 million, up 22 percent). Logic and Khalid each earn their first top five Hot 100 hit, while Cara collects her second and ties her highest rank: her debut hit &#8220;Here&#8221; peaked at No. 5 in February 2016.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/299939\/dj-khaled\/chart\">DJ\u00a0<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/299939\/dj-khaled\/chart\">Khaled<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Wild Thoughts,&#8221; featuring Rihanna and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/artist\/6627423\/bryson-tiller\/chart\">Bryson Tiller<\/a>, falls 4-6 on the Hot 100 after\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/articles\/columns\/chart-beat\/7957889\/ask-billboard-kelly-clarksons-career-sales-wild-thoughts-about\">peaking at No. 2<\/a>\u00a0for seven weeks. It leads the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/r-and-b-songs\">Hot R&amp;B Songs<\/a>\u00a0chart for a 10th week.<\/p>\n<p>Charlie Puth&#8217;s &#8220;Attention&#8221; descends from its No. 5 Hot 100 peak to No. 7, while rising 2-1 on Radio Songs (131 million, up 3 percent).
