All charts will update on Billboard.com tomorrow (March 20<em>).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/players.brightcove.net\/1125911414\/SJeOLIT3Hf_default\/index.html?videoId=5754228965001\" width=\"650\" height=\"366\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Notably, &#8220;Plan,&#8221; which launched atop the Feb. 3-dated Hot 100, is just the sixth song in the chart&#8217;s 59-year history to spend at least its first eight weeks on the list at No. 1. It&#8217;s halfway to the record of 16 weeks at No. 1 from the start of a song&#8217;s Hot 100 run:<\/p>\n<p>16 weeks at No. 1 from its debut at No. 1,\u00a0<strong>&#8220;One Sweet Day,&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0Mariah Carey &amp; Boyz II Men, beginning Dec. 2, 1995<br \/>\n14 weeks,\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Candle in the Wind 1997&#8243;\/&#8221;Something About the Way You Look Tonight,&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0Elton John, Oct. 11, 1997<br \/>\n11 weeks,\u00a0<strong>&#8220;I&#8217;ll Be Missing You,&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0Puff Daddy &amp; Faith Evans feat. 112, June 14, 1997<br \/>\n10 weeks,\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Hello,&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0Adele, Nov. 14, 2015<br \/>\n8 weeks,\u00a0<strong><em>&#8220;God&#8217;s Plan,&#8221;<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Drake, Feb. 3, 2018<br \/>\n8 weeks,\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Fantasy,&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0Mariah Carey, Sept. 30, 1995<\/p>\n<p>As on the Hot 100, &#8220;Plan,&#8221; released on Young Money\/Cash Money\/Republic Records, logs its eighth week at No. 1 on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/streaming-songs\">Streaming Songs<\/a>\u00a0chart, down 11 percent to 72.9 million U.S. streams in the week ending March 15, according to Nielsen Music.<\/p>\n<p>While the streaming sum is the lowest for &#8220;Plan&#8221; so far, the song, whose official video arrived Feb. 16, now boasts eight of the top 11 streaming weeks all-time. It reached a high of 101.7 million U.S. clicks on the chart dated March 3. Only Baauer&#8217;s &#8220;Harlem Shake&#8221; has drawn more streams in a week: 103.1 million (March 2, 2013; driven by viral videos incorporating the song&#8217;s official audio).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Plan&#8221; leads the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/digital-song-sales\">Digital Song Sales<\/a>\u00a0chart for a sixth week (49,000 downloads sold in the week ending March 15, down 15 percent). On the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/radio-songs\">Radio Songs<\/a>\u00a0chart, &#8220;Plan&#8221; dips 3-4, but gains by 6 percent to 100 million in all-format airplay audience in the week ending March 18.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Plan&#8221; concurrently posts an eighth week at No. 1 on both the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/r-b-hip-hop-songs\">Hot R&amp;B\/Hip-Hop Songs<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/rap-song\">Hot Rap Songs<\/a>\u00a0charts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/ed-sheeran\">Ed\u00a0<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/ed-sheeran\">Sheeran<\/a>&#8216;s former Hot 100 No. 1 &#8220;Perfect&#8221; holds at No. 2. It led the list for six weeks beginning Dec. 23.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/bruno-mars\">Bruno Mars<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/cardi-b\">Cardi B<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Finesse&#8221; is steady at its No. 3 Hot 100 peak and crowns Radio Songs for a second week (136 million, up 2 percent). It leads\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/r-and-b-songs\">Hot R&amp;B Songs<\/a>for a 10th week.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fluid-width-video-wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" id=\"fitvid0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zDo0H8Fm7d0\" width=\"650\" height=\"366\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Rexha and Florida Georgia Line&#8217;s &#8220;Meant to Be&#8221; advances 5-4 on the Hot 100. Rexha earns another new career-best rank, while FGL ties its top-charting hit. The twosome&#8217;s debut smash &#8220;Cruise,&#8221; featuring Nelly, reached No. 4 in July 2013.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Meant&#8221; gains in all metrics, as it lifts 4-3 on Radio Songs (103 million, up 12 percent); keeps at No. 6 on Digital Song Sales (35,000, up 3 percent); and jumps 18-11 on Streaming Songs (22.8 million, up 3 percent). It tops\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/country-songs\">Hot Country Songs<\/a>\u00a0for a 16th week. On\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/country-airplay\">Country Airplay<\/a>, it rises 9-7 with Greatest Gainer honors for a second consecutive week (30 million, up 14 percent). The crossover hit concurrently elevates 8-5 on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/adult-pop-songs\">Adult Pop Songs<\/a>\u00a0and 9-6 on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/pop-songs\">Pop Songs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Rounding out the Hot 100&#8217;s top five,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/post-malone\">Post Malone<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Psycho,&#8221; featuring\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/ty-dolla-sign\">Ty Dolla $ign<\/a>, slips 4-5. It debuted at No. 2 on the March 10-dated chart. The collab holds at No. 2 on Streaming Songs (37.4 million, down 4 percent); rises 14-13 on Digital Song Sales (22,000, down 9 percent); and debuts on Radio Songs at No. 42 (23 million, up 42 percent).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/zedd\">Zedd<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/maren-morris\">Maren Morris<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/grey\">Grey<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;The Middle&#8221; ascends 8-6 on the Hot 100 and enters the Radio Songs top 10 (11-9; 78 million, up 18 percent, good for the Hot 100&#8217;s top Airplay Gainer award). Zedd scores his sixth Radio Songs top 10; Grey tallies its second, and second with Zedd: &#8220;Starving,&#8221; by Hailee Steinfeld and Grey featuring Zedd, reached the region in January 2017; and Morris collects her first. &#8220;The Middle&#8221; tops\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/dance-electronic-songs\">Hot Dance\/Electronic Songs<\/a>\u00a0for a seventh week.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/camila-cabello\">Camila\u00a0<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/camila-cabello\">Cabello<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Havana,&#8221; featuring\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/young-thug\">Young Thug<\/a>, slides 6-7 on the Hot 100, after topping the Jan. 27-dated chart.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/the-weeknd\">The Weeknd<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/kendrick-lamar\">Kendrick Lamar<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;Pray for Me&#8221; climbs 9-8 on the Hot 100, after debuting at its No. 7 peak.<\/p>\n<p>BlocBoy JB&#8217;s &#8220;Look Alive,&#8221; featuring Drake, falls 7-9 after reaching No. 5.<\/p>\n<p>And, capping the Hot 100&#8217;s top 10, Lamar and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/sza\">SZA<\/a>&#8216;s &#8220;All the Stars&#8221; returns to the tier (11-10), after hitting a No. 7 high. &#8220;Pray,&#8221; at No. 8, and &#8220;Stars&#8221; are both from the soundtrack to\u00a0<em>Black Panther<\/em>, which this weekend became the first film since\u00a0<em>Avatar<\/em>eight years ago to rank at No. 1 at the domestic box office for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/box-office-black-panther-beats-tomb-raider-i-can-imagine-surprises-1095344\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">five consecutive weekends<\/a>.
